Aida Castro is an Education, Career & Leadership Consultant with nearly 15 years of experience in higher education. She currently serves as a Senior Admissions Officer for the Physician Assistant Program at Palm Beach Atlantic University and also teaches First Year Experience.

She holds a bachelor's degree in Organizational Management and a master's degree in Organizational Leadership. Through her work in higher education, church communities, and private referrals, Aida has helped students, young adults, and individuals in transition explore their strengths, clarify their goals, and take practical steps toward their future.
